Hypocras: red wine, honey and spices

Hypocras follows the tradition of spiced wines. It is made from red wine sweetened with honey and flavoured with a blend of spices.

How to serve

Serve Hypocras chilled at 6–8 °C. In the colder months, you can also enjoy it warm.

In the kitchen

Hypocras can also be added to sauces to give them a spiced flavour.
